General Responsibilities

  • Manage business integration of acquisitions and mergers. Ensure all processes are standardized and maintained.
  • Incorporate and maintain ONE Service methodology into current business processes.
  • Develop roadmap for development/enhancement of business processes to improve and support efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee enablement and talent management programs.
  • Direct all Services communications.
  • Ensure and execute the process of handling resource requests that are more complicated or require special handling, as well as searching and staffing resources with a high level of efficiency, quality, compliance and discipline. E.g. Serve as request owner, role owner, searching party, check completeness, and validate requests, conduct 3rd party searches, identify and propose candidates according to staffing processes, help on and deal with pre-escalations
  • Internalize the overall Services Strategy and drive its implementation within internal projects
  • Punctually involved in key strategic programs to improve efficiencies
  • Oversees dependencies between business units
  • Elaborate solutions and project them to a roadmap
  • Principal subject matter expert in process area to support key programs
  • Definition of global guidelines, frameworks, as appropriate for NS2
  • Internal systems maintenance & reporting
  • Management Reporting, including reporting based on Utilization, Forecast and Budgeting
  • Knowledge Management (KM)capabilities, such as setting up KM processes to capture and document knowledge, sharing the learning from experiences and projects, ensuring reusability of knowledge , structuring content and coaching others on how to use and manage the knowledge
  • Acts as a team lead

In the area of Service Delivery:

  • Consulting Services definition & maintenance
  • Oversees key Delivery processes – Bid, Services Delivery, Risk Management

Experience & Language Requirements

Functional experience

  • Ability to drive execution within area of responsibility and experience in aligning cross-topic objectives and approaches
  • Experience in strategic thinking and conceptual design of highly complex projects and/or programs

Managerial experience

  • Experience in leading virtual teams cross-border
  • Experience in decision making within own area of responsibility / project

English: Fluent


Bachelor’s degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, economics, computer sciences) or equivalent work experience

Professional Training & Certification

  • Internal Processes & Tools (recommended)
  • Project Management , Change Management (recommended)
  • Functional Certification according to area of responsibility
  • Leadership Essentials and Leading teams (recommended)
