SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2) is seeking a Support Engineer for the Innovation and IT Planning Team within the Secure Support LoB.

  • Support Engineer is responsible for delivering expert support services on-site and remotely for secure customers.
  • Ability to drive innovation leveraging the SAP Technology Platform.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis for critical customer support issues as well as communicate complex recommendations to customer leadership.
  • Work collaboratively within a team on development projects. 


  • Experience in application development utilizing JavaScript, HTML5, HANA, and UI5.
  • Experience with SAP products and technology. ABAP and/or JAVA  and debugging expertise preferred
  • Excellent customer management skills with strong customer-facing experience.


  • U.S. Citizenship required;
  • Ability to quickly gain insight into the customers' solution landscape and business processes with excellent business process knowledge;
  • Ability to judge customer situations and projects regarding implementation success with reference to strategic support planning;
  • Presentation, communication, and conflict management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and assertiveness;
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Up to 25% travel
