Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience in the consumer or health care space
  • Strong track record of defining successful product concepts and driving product development from concept, launch to ongoing lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build consensus with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Keen eye on user experience, with the ability to construct thought-provoking objectives and customer-centric use cases
  • Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence others to get results across a large matrix organization
  • Passion for immaculate detail, while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • Enthusiastically initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members

Description
- Understand the vision of a product from the point of view of stakeholders and end users
- Research and analyze the user requests, and develop the roadmap
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development
- Act as the primary liaison and work closely with key stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog (features and bugs) according to business priority
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to set expectation for delivery of new features and enhancements
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on - Create and maintain customer journey maps for ongoing product improvement
- Evaluate and take a primary role in testing and evaluating feature/product progress through each iteration
- Update and maintain product documentation

Education & Experience

Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field

Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with medical, health and fitness concepts is a plus
  • Passion for digital health and fitness
