Better requires process discipline and simplification

Well be looking for you to join our highly skilled accounting team. This role will require you to take on several complex and crucial responsibilities when it comes to monitoring and bettering account processes. Youll be responsible for the accounting processes to Brazil and prepare the monthly regulatory information regimes to the Central Bank of Brazil. Youll keep accounting records, and youll prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations. Also, youll involve in month end closing processes, both corporate and fiscal closings and youll support internal and external audits. Also, youll participate in accounting projects. According to Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures (GAAP), Youll prepare income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements and various other accounting statements and specialized financial reports. Youll analyze complex financial reports and records. Also, youll make recommendations relative to accounting reserves, assets, and expenditures. Youll review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records.

You'll need 3 or more years of experience in accounting area. Youll have a degree in Accounting, Finance or related. Regulation knowledge about the central bank of Brazil will be required. Also, youll need previous experience in conciliations, accounts payable, internal and external audits, and financial report. Youll be very analytical and detail oriented. You'll have an intermediate/advanced English, advanced Portuguese (required) and intermediate Excel. It's important that you'll be organized, detailed and focused. Youll be in contact with different areas. So, youll need an effective communication. SQL and Oracle SAPI knowledge are desirable.
