ADP is hiring a Senior Full Stack/RPA Developer.  You will be part of a team that builds frameworks leveraged for automation projects.  You will translate business needs into system scope and objectives, and devise or modify procedures to solve problems using information systems. You will prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written and designed, coded, tested, debugged and documents those programs.  Does this sound like you?

  • 2+ years of relevant RPA Design, Development, Rollout / Deployment & Maintenance
  • At least 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms : BluePrism
  • Minimum 2 years of process design and process improvement experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in programming (.NET)
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation.
  • RPA Developer Accreditation and/or Solution Designer Accreditation will get you prioritized consideration.
  • Proficiency with relational database (SQL Server) and DB programming skills (SQL)
  • Strong experience in software delivery using Agile methodology
  • Proficiency with Solution designs that involve web service consumption(REST & SOAP)
  • Experience business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family (C#/J#/VB)
  • Proficiency with distributed version control tools (GitHub/Bitbucket)
  • 3+ years of programming experience in C++, C#, or Java desired
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, bash, etc.) preferred

  • Design and develop solutions utilizing Blueprism and related RPA tools and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as a technical resource on a project
  • Drive the roll-out of the RPA solution
  • Consult with partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including solution design, development, testing and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Work with clients to design automation solutions
  • Leveraging industry best practices and experience, identify automation opportunities and recommend automation solutions including architectural and technical designs
  • Drive strategic and tactical roll-out of solutions to clients
  • Design and develop solutions and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as a technical resource on a project by taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows and Visual Business Objects
  • Create and document procedures and scenarios
  • Configure business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family (C#/J#/VB)
  • Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
  • Coordinate activities within clients' IT / Automation COE / business environments to develop, test and deploy RPA solutions
  • Experience with GIT, Bitbucket
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicate and manage identified project risks and issues, provide inputs to the change control process, and document best practices


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent


Preference will be given to Candidates with any of the following additional skills:

  • Experience with Rally
  • Knowledge of Containerization (Docker & Kubernetes)
  • UI Experience with React/Web Components
  • UI Experience with AngularJS
  • BPMS Experience (Preferably IBM BPM)
  • Blue Prism/Robotics RPA development experience
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
