Come and join us. Intel is seeking highly qualified candidates to join our Ethernet Products Group (EPG) as a Senior Applications Engineer. Within our EPG, the Ethernet Customer Solutions team (ECS) is looking for a Senior Applications Engineer. This position will be part of a Global Engineering organization, supporting the latest Intel Ethernet technology and applying it to solve tomorrows Cloud, Telco, and Enterprise networking problems.

You will contribute directly to the success of the products and customers that you support.
Responsibilities of the role:
Resolving Ethernet controller architecture issues.
Debugging software and system related problems.
Interact closely with a variety of internal employees in Marketing, Software Development, Validation, ASIC design, Architecture and Sales.
Ensure OEM specific INFs are correct.
Assist in optimizing the INF management process.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field plus 4+ years of industry work experience.
Technical skillset requirements:
3+ years in networking and Ethernet fundamentals - protocols, topologies, features, etc.
2+ years of recent experience with direct customer interaction in technical support role demonstrating strong customer orientation.
3+ years of Networking expertise under Windows or Linux OS's.
2+ years performing direct OEM/ODM technical support and experience in communicating technical issues/problems to customers.
Additional Skillsets Welcomed:
Server and PC architecture, HW, and operating systems.
Experience with BIOS/UEFI, NC-SI, PLDM, or RDE.
Scripting expertise - PowerShell, Python, Bash etc.
Driver debug experience including trace collection/analysis.
Cloud Computing expertise.

Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00
