                          ADP is hiring a Senior Compliance & Controls Analyst.

As one of the world's largest outsource service providers for Human Capital Management to external organizations, ADP has a direct impact to its client's financial statements and security/privacy needs.

In this positon, you will be working as part of ADP IT Compliance & Controls, with a mission to drive effective compliance and controls strategy by providing ongoing assessments/monitoring of IT risks and controls environment. Assisting the organization to meet regulatory compliance needs while helping ADP maintain competitive advantage as a leader in the Human Capital Market.

 The Senior Compliance & Controls Analyst will be responsible for :

  •  Supporting the day-to-day function and technical operations of the SOC 1 and SOC 2 programs activities, including ensuring timely issuance of ADP's SOC reports
  • Supporting the IT Compliance and Controls activities in responding to various controls/audit needs, including the distribution of SOC reports and bridge letters
  • Contributing to the Compliance & Controls mission and SOC 1 & SOC 2 activities/plans by coordinating, preparing, conducting, executing with external auditors, and performing related activities including specialized audits, walk-throughs and testing, anticipating audit findings, risks, and controls recommendations and preparing draft and final reports based on department standards and metrics
  • Independently and proactively execute critical tasks, including participation in the pre/planning, execution, administration, reporting and review of all phases of SOC related activities, including, Integrated Audits, business risk identification, audit program development and execution, observation discussion and development, and interaction with key management associates


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or Economics required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Big 4 Public or national accounting firm.


  • CISA/CPA preferred,
  • Familiarity with relevant frameworks and methodologies related to SOC reporting (SSAE-18, CSAE 3416, ISAE3402, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3), ICFR, SOX 404, COBIT, COSO, HIPAA, Hi-Trust, ISO 27001, NIST, IT general controls, application controls, and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws, GDPR data protection/security regulations, and frameworks
  • Experience in a variety of common platforms, such as, SAP, HCM, Windows, Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Network, Databases
  • Other relevant certification (CIA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) will be considered
  • Advanced ability in analyzing risk and designing efficient control to minimize risk.
  • Effective and efficient multitasking and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- French, English
  • Facilitates teamwork by contributing to team efforts, sharing responsibility for team results, and exhibiting a positive attitude
  • Moderate out of town and local travel, estimated at 5% per year may be required
