About the Group: As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and a major provider of the US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe - available for customers globally - and a world-class IP portfolio that customers can choose from including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with ARM and RISC-V ecosystem IPs.

About the Role:

Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly organized and motivated leader to drive and manage IFS Product and Capacity planning. This individual will be responsible for collecting and managing capacity requirements from IFS customers, as well as coordinating those capacity and supply requirements across Intel organizations such as manufacturing (MSO), corporate planning group (CPG), and global supply chain (GSC).
A key responsibility will be to ensure capacity corridor and dedication for customer's demand across market segments within wafer cost envelope. Managing capacity and planning materials across factories for customers will be essential for business success. Development of processes and systems to streamline and improve capacity planning will be key element of the job requirements. The ideal candidate will have the ability to network and collaborate to bring solutions together to support customer requirements, and a strong business judgement and strategic vision with good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Identifying and driving customer capacity requirements across Intel manufacturing and planning organizations to ensure customer and business success.
Tracking and managing space, capacity, corridors, tools, cost, and CAPEX dollars for IFS business.
Collaborating and driving alignment on IFS customer capacity requirements by market segment.
Identify, recommend, and implement processes and systems to streamline product and capacity planning, deliver to customer requirements and track and meet margin targets.
Demonstration of results utilizing industry benchmarking to achieve world-class performance.

Experience:
Experience with managing high volume manufacturing requirements, with 300mm fab and 14nm or newer process node planning

Experience working with Fab, Assembly/Test organization, and divisional stakeholders and how interacts with Product Life Cycle (PLC) process
Leadership qualities capable of influencing and guiding the organization.
Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment

Can synthesize abstract complex information into clear messages, and adapts style to address a variety of audiences; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years with management responsibility in semiconductor industrial engineering, process/equipment/TD engineering, supply chain management or a combination thereof or related field.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
