Senior Director of Digital Marketing

ADP is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing to oversee and implement the overall B2B digital marketing strategy for the Compliance Solutions business unit. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across a broad range of digital disciplines, with proven experience collaborating with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team of experts. 


The Senior Director of Digital Marketing’s scope of oversight will span all stages of the B2B buyer’s journey, with a deep emphasis on awareness and consideration.  Focus areas will include website strategy, online brand awareness, PPC and SEO efforts, lead generation, paid media, online sponsorships, and more. This role requires a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for technology and while staying on the cutting edge of all the latest trends and changes within digital marketing and HCM landscape. It will also require a maniacal focus on analysis for continuous improvement, with the ability and knowledge to quickly assess successes and areas of improvement to optimize results.



  • Collaborate with Campaign, Event and Content Directors to develop a digital marketing plan that blends seamlessly with the overall customer acquisition and growth go to market strategy
  • Lead the digital activation of strategic and campaign driven assets across all channels with a proven track record and ability to complete the journey by generating high conversions of ads, landing pages, etc…
  • Deep knowledge of paid digital channels including programmatic, paid social, affiliate marketing and more
  • Lead search engine marketing strategy, including, but not limited to PPC and SEO methods
  • Responsible for the entire Compliance Solutions presence across the ADP.com corporate website, which includes the design, messaging, lead forms and content offers
  • Solid understanding and deep experience with a wide variety of digital marketing tools and technology including (but not limited to) CRM Systems, Content Management Systems, Social Media Marketing and Brand Monitoring, Marketing Automation, Outreach and Promotion, Paid Advertising and Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and Keyword Research, Live Chat and Survey Tools, and more
  • Deep knowledge of reporting methodologies and analytic tools including conversion rate optimization and experimentation (A/B testing and multivariate), marketing analytics and business intelligence
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Collaborate with corporate digital centers of excellence to execute digital strategies while ensuring brand consistency
  • Function as a dynamic team leader, working across businesses with other digital marketing managers to ensure success across all areas of the Compliance Solutions business




  • 10-15+ years working in a B2B Digital Marketing environment
  • Experience managing and implementing digital advertising programs
  • Must have e-mail marketing, content writing, and social media management experience
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy/tactics to maximize effectiveness
  • Deep tool stack knowledge including Salesforce.com, Eloqua, HootSuite, AdStage, Optimizely, Demandbase, etc…
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience in the HCM industry
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
  • Values having FUN, while being DISRUPTIVE, INNOVATIVE, PASSIONATE and OPEN



  • Bachelors (Master’s Degree preferred) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • Additional or advanced degrees in analytics or software development / programming preferred

Minimum: $150000
