Job Description:
Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) Finance Business Process Management has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst interested in broadening their network, understanding a big picture view of the business, and having the opportunity to enact positive change across all of RMD Finance. The position will provide the opportunity to learn about the whole business and learn a wide variety of tools and processes.

Recurring Activities:

Ensuring Master Data integrity in Automated Reporting
Creating innovative new reporting solutions to solve customer needs
Maintaining and sustaining existing reports and reporting solutions
Work with BPM team to interface with finance and functions on projects
Daily problem solving in all areas of common financial data analysis
Collaboration with BPM, Accounting and Programs to support reporting needs
Work on special projects creating reporting solutions
Tools Supported: BW (Analysis for Office), SAP (APEX and PRISM)

Minimum Required Skills:

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, MIS, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field of study and 4+ years of Finance or related experience or MS degree and 2 years of related experience
Communicate, teach, and prioritize effectively
Process and Efficiency Mindset
Ability to understand complex business data and processes
Problem Solving & Customer Focus
Finance Tool experience (Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPoint, SAP, etc.)

Highly Desired Skills:

Raytheon R6Sigma Specialist with knowledge of R6Sigma Tool sets (or similar industry experience)
Advanced analytical tools, such as Webi, PowerPivot, Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python, etc.
Experience with Rshare, Sharepoint, or websites
Experience in Accounting or Internal Audit
Coursework in Information Technology and/or Systems Architecture

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
