We are hiring for a thoughtful and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Mission Area Finance Team.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Partner with Mission Area QM/QPLs on Functional EACs
Partner with Overhead group in development, execution and management of the Departments Overhead Budgets
Prepare financial charts to present at Operation Reviews with Q&MA LT.
Assist with department Capital planning and execution
Manage all required IOTs (set up, monthly reports, analysis)
Work with Managers on Staffing - Supply vs. Demand Analysis
Assist and support the Q&MA Finance Lead as required
Provide monthly reporting of Key MA metrics (PRISM and Management Pool Rates, Director level financial performance and labor reporting)
Resolve labor charging issues and process labor transfers.
Support various initiatives to streamline and make more efficient the delivery of business decision support information to the organization
Drive Investment business case analysis in the areas of Capital ARs, overhead investments and R6S project ROI evaluations
Finance lead for pricing related activities including BOE development support, MA work instruction updates, bid process improvements and historical data mining
Financial control, PO generation support and cost allocation/approval of invoices for 3 Third party source inspection suppliers providing services on IDS programs

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related
4+ years of relevant professional working experience
Understanding financial planning, programs and related principals such as AOP preparation, overhead pooling concepts,
Professional experience with the Microsoft Office and APEX SAP suite of Tools

Experience with application of EVMS, finance principles, concepts, practices, and standards

Strong desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment
Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations
