ADP is hiring a Senior Product Manager to support our Integrated Global Payroll & HCM offerings. Acting as a Senior Product Manager within the Product Management team, this person will be supporting our internal business partners to deliver innovative product solutions to delight our end users. You'll work with the requesting business teams to ensure appropriate problem definition and business value, and coordinate timelines to ensure alignment. You'll also combine business and product strategy to ensure the development and execution of the product is in line with the product road map and vision that the senior product owner sets forth. This position will be located in Parsippany, NJ and applicant must have ability to travel domestically & globally, as needed (10-15%).


  • Support the product strategy by articulating the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization.
  • Manage and run customer facing programs to help shape our product vision and roadmap.
  • Work with the Technical Product Manager, Implementation and Service to address adoption issues and work towards rectifying adoption constraints.
  • Partner with UX teams and customers to test and iterate on prototypes and designs
  • Measure product(s) effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and drive priorities to improve product to achieve desired key results
  • Manage execution for a specific product from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
  • Serve as the central resource with design, process, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
  • Work with development team members to develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs
  • Support the management of the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements balances business needs with technical requirements, and recommends alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR. HR Business Partner, HR CoE, HR Project Manager, HRIT, HRIS or HR Transformation.
  • 5+ years of experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role
  • Working Business Process knowledge of HCM, Recruiting, Payroll & Reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience


  • Experience in a Product Manager/Owner capacity that focus on HCM (Human Capital Management) products (Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors)
  • Experience with event driven cloud integration is a plus
