Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.  Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Requirements:

Must possess a degree in an Engineering discipline and related industry experience with the following minimums:

- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
- Or, Master's degree and 2+ years of experience
- Or, PhD and 1+ year of experience

- Factory or Facilities Space Planning and Layout Development experience or knowledge.

Preferred Requirements:

- Project Management

- Business partnering and analytical skills

- Team leadership and work coordination  

- Written and verbal communication skills

- Business and technical acumen

- Drive strategies

- Problem solving skills

- Able to work in a fast paced environment
