The Product Marketing Management team in the AT&T Entertainment Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, AT&T Loyalty & Customer Relationship Marketing ? AT&T THANKS Category & Brand Development.

The integration of the AT&T Consumer Entertainment & Mobility Business enables AT&T to invest in becoming the world?s premier provider of integrated video, wireless communications and content services.

We are looking for a high energy marketing professional who can develop and manage relationships that bring unique value and experiences to AT&T customers as part of the AT&T THANKS appreciation program.

Our successful candidate will hunt, acquire and manage a portfolio of AT&T THANKS partners.  Every partner will bring exciting and original customer benefits with a focus on the Travel, Dining & VIP Experience categories. Primary metrics for AT&T include reduced customer churn, improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue with a keen focus on positive ROI. Benefit category success will be measured by the volume of unique customer engagements and RFM (Recency, Frequency and Monetization) analysis.

In return high value brands can join a select group of marketing partners that are presented to 100m + AT&T customers via highly targeted, segmented and timely direct marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities also include creating and coordinating cross-functional projects, working with analytic teams to uncover new insights and actions, partnering with offer team to identify the key segment offerings, liaising with business partners for consistent on-time execution, and constant process improvement around the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute award winning, innovative and unique value for 100m + AT&T Customers via Loyalty marketing programs
  • Identify and acquire the very best partners that share our vision for brand engagement, customer centricity and affinity
  • Negotiate and manage a portfolio of relationships that enhance the AT&T THANKS program at a macro level and deliver high volumes of repeat engagement within the AT&T base
  • Perform a lead role in working with analytic partners to uncover new lifecycle customer insights
  • Interpret the analysis of key campaign metrics to optimize future performance and testing opportunities
  • Provide strategic and operational analysis of opportunities for input into presentations to different management levels and organizations
  • Work with the Loyalty Marketing execution team to integrate world class creative, messaging and customer value proposition into AT&T marketing campaigns
  • Manage the return of value to our customers for the AT&T business via sponsorships and creative activations


Additional Information:

Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in a Loyalty Marketing Capacity
  • Agency background desired
  • Excellent business development and partnership management skills
  • Strong negotiation and deal making capability
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use reporting and analysis to glean insights, tell a story and drive decision-making
  • Strong targeting and segmentation skills, ability to use data and insights to develop targeting and segmentation strategies for marketing campaigns
  • Ability to develop multi-channel direct marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
  • Exceptional organization, problem solving, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication including written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study strongly preferred
  • MBA strongly preferred
