We are looking for your expertise in voice communication systems. You will support our global Genesys Cloud platform. Along with implementing telephony solutions on specific projects, you will also recommend the best communication solutions to meet business needs. You will both identify and assess new technologies to be used for updating equipment and creatively invent ways to add new capabilities to our existing systems. You will also assist with call routing and reporting metrics, plans, designs, documents, and engineer Genesys on-premises and Cloud solutions for projects, and partner with vendors to plan, schedule, and deploy changes. Work Genesys tickets, with shared on-call support within the Voice Engineering team.

For this role, you will need to demonstrate you have experience having worked in a call center voice infrastructure environment and being a maestro of Genesys, in the areas of call center engineering, architecture, and delivering support on applications routing and reporting mastery. Youll need to be a confident multitasker with a solid project management record. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment should be comfortable for you, as well as displaying good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ideally, you will have 10 years of related experience, be educated to a bachelors degree level, and be familiar with networking, firewalls, server, database technologies, virtual environment principal understanding, within deep SIP trunking with carriers, and between voice applications experience, too. Previous experience with agile working methodologies is also desirable.
