The Qatar Early Warning Radar (QEWR) is a phased array radar system to protect the air space. Upcoming activities involve local and international test events. Based on the phase of this program, the Onsite Integration engineer would be expected to have extensive travel to support Qatar through 2022.

The QEWR Onsite System Integration Engineer will be responsible for:
- Participating in the onsite SI&T effort, including integration and test preparation, execution, data analysis, and issue resolution
- Ensuring coordination with the overall QEWR Integration & Test Lead for alignment on test activities and key dependencies
- Providing support for system integration and test activities through the development and implementation of both integration information sheets and system test procedures
- Providing system integration and test subject matter expertise through operation of the radar, test execution, system anomaly identification / resolution, system performance assessments, and coordination across engineering functions in support of overall system capability development / checkout
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience
- Experience in a technical role supporting Integration & Test execution
- Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to interface with customers and senior management
- Experience with QEWR Radar Hardware, Software, and Integration and Test
- Ability to travel internationally for extended lengths
- This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Desired Skills:
- System level experience with QEWR
- Certified Six Sigma Specialist.
- Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews and Gate Reviews
- Expertise in System Integration, Verification or Validation
- Masters Degree in Engineering discipline
Required Education:
