As aSenior Talent Activation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for providing support and consultation for clients related to ADP’s suite of talent offerings. You will partner with and advise the internal field HR Business Partners, Relationship Managers and Sales in proactive activities with clients to drive their talent strategy and usage of talent tools and services. The Talent Activation team provides support and consulting services across all three of the talent disciplines - talent acquisition, talent management and talent activation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities 


Provide world-class, high-value consulting for HRO clients: Focus is both client and team driven and the complexity and ambiguity of work increases with each level and along with client size. Work is primarily focused on talent strategy and direction, but could include tactical advising as needed. 


Build Relationships throughout the Business. Facilitate mutually beneficial internal and external partnerships. You will collaborate with the client, the team, and the field (markets) on complex initiatives and strategic challenges presented by the stakeholders. You will apply expertise, product knowledge and market trends to analyze and provide the right solution at the right time for our clients.


Be a Coach for Junior Associates. You will coach, influence tasks and deliverables for team members and internal partners without a direct reporting relationship. You will provide input on associate performance and development. You will assist with onboarding and upskilling new associates. 


Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will support division, region, and department programs and initiatives to provide product and process feedback and recommendations. You will participate in special projects, product launches and other regional initiatives related to talent tools and services. You will consult with both internal and external stakeholders on best practices.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications 

  • Experienced. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of directly related experience in HR. Your major area of concentration is HR talent management. You have a bachelor’s degree or a mix of education and experience.
  • Relationship Builder. Whether working with candidates or the hiring leaders you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized Communicator. You’re organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.

  • (US Only) HR Certification a plus (PHR, SPHR, GPHR)
