Senior Technology Strategy Analyst - Security

The Strategy team
within the Software and Advanced Technology Group (SATG) plays a
fundamental role in closely partnering with technology and business
leaders across Intel to define, drive, and provide foundational
support for the execution of cross company and industry technology
initiatives. This includes a wide variety of organic and inorganic
investment models developed in close partnership with our Chief
Strategy Office which also encompasses Intel Capital and our
Mergers and Acquisitions team.
We are looking
for a Security focused Technical Strategy Analyst with extensive
domain expertise and hands-on experience to provide critical
research and deep analysis to accelerate our software growth
strategy. The position requires a solid combination of strategic,
technical, and business acumen, willingness to work effectively
across functional and organizational boundaries and the willingness
to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical
audiences.
The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits/skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated impact in communicating complex information to executive leadership in a manner that leads to strategic action.
Demonstrated hypothesis-driven, problem-solving orientation with willingness to leverage both quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive decision making.
Exemplary skill in peer influencing, indirect leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Broad knowledge of the following security technology domains with deep, hands on experience in one or more:
Confidential computing and trust.
Vulnerability and threat management.
Encryption and data security.
Secure software delivery (DevSecOps) including deployment security and configuration assurance.
Identity and Access Management.
Cloud Native Security standards, technologies, and services both within and across leading Cloud Service Providers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related technical discipline.
-AND-
5+ years of overall experience in Security product, service or support organizations.
2 or more years in a related technology strategy role which can include product management, investment/industry analyst, corporate strategy office, or technical evangelist.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or Information Security or related technical discipline and
-AND-
7+ years of overall experience in Security product, service or support organizations.
Experience with Cloud Native solutions including containers/Kubernetes, Function as a Service, and data services.
Experience in software technology focused Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Private Equity firms or Corporate Development groups.
Experience with Software as a Service delivery platforms including customer tenancy management, identity management, billing, service availability, observability, and all aspects of metrics and reporting.

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$130,190.00-$221,610.00
