Job Description

Come join Intel's Silicon Engineering Group organization as an Analog Engineer. This role is responsible for researching designing developing and testing leading Intel designs.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop analog tools, flows, and methodologies to be leveraged by other designers on the team.
  • Complete custom analog circuit design
  • Layout interaction extraction simulations
  • Performance reliability high voltage analysis
  • Validate design implementation and assumptions including framework simulations
  • Offer Post Silicon electrical validation and High Volume Manufacturing support
  • Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
  • Automate design tasks in order to complete the design in the most efficient fashion possible

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work classes research and or relevant previous job.

Minimum skills and experience:

Candidate must have Bachelors in Electrical/ Computer Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.

3+ years of experience in analog circuit design analog circuit layout and or circuit reliability tools and methodologies.

1+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • IP top level floor planning
  • SoC packaging constraints
  • Planning top level metal layers to aid in power delivery to all components of complex IPs to meet both AC/DC targets

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Analog design
  • ESD High Voltage design and convergence and or reliability verification convergence.
  • Experience with Red Hawk or similar tools
  • Experience with software or scripting tools to develop new design tools.
