Hardware emulation has become an indispensable validation tool for large and complex SoCs targeting data center, networking, AI, and super computer applications. If you are passionate about leading edge validation technology, especially related to emulation, and want to help change how complex SoCs are designed and validated, come join our team.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for developing server initialization firmware (uBIOS), bring up SOC emulation model along with the firmware.
You will also be participating in development of SoC emulation models, creating test-benches, integrating transactors, developing trackers, bringing up models, debugging failures, and supporting end users of our emulation models.
You will also develop plans and schedules, collect customer requirements, present status, and propose technical trade-offs.

Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The
candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Computer/Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of work
experience in/with:
OR
Masters degree in Computer Science Computer/Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of work experience in/with:
Computer Architecture.
Memory and IO technology.
Programming language such as C, C++ Perl python and unix shell scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience
in/with:
System Verilog, Verilog, VHDLFPGA or emulation.
Firmware experience such Tensilica, minute IA, Arch.
Xeon and Networking Engineering (XNE) focuses on the development and integration of XEON and Networking SOC's and critical IP's sustain Intels Xeon and 5G networking roadmap.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
