Marcom is Apple's Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all aspects of all of Apple's advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. We believe strongly that design matters and that it's always been at the heart of Apple and the work that we do.

The Social team at Marcom sits at the intersection of advertising and editorial. Social is a horizontal communication function across the organization intended to support/amplify brand messages and is Apple's day to day connection to cultural audiences.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in video content: from conceptual to post production
  • Provide ideation on tentpoles, features, and quarterly brand initiatives across platforms (when briefed)
  • Talent curation: Actively maintain a talent archive that aligns with the creative goals of Apple marketing and that covers multiple platforms (e.g. TikTok creators)
  • A knowledge of current cultural trends on social
  • Help identify the role of content formats in the consumer/audience experience on different platforms
  • Experience in applying content development to brand-building initiatives and campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a new and growing function at Marcom, where speed, flexibility, and experimentation are part of the day-to-day.

Description

Strategic thinker and communicator with proven experience in creative work across design, art direction and copywriting

Reinforce the voice of the Apple brand, working to make sure that we are present in important cultural conversations with a distinctive POV across all content and platforms

Exceptional creative, strategic orientation, and dynamic storytelling skills

Ensure creative ideas are well-articulated and on-brief

Education & Experience

Bachelor Degree preferred.
