Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree's or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical engineering or similar technical STEM degree

• 2+ years of experience with C or C++ programming

• 1+ years of experience with 1 or more of the following: sub-domains - security, audio, media, graphics, power & performance, camera, USB, sensors, touch, connectivity - BT/modem, display, WWAN, + firmware/bios, Thunderbolt, or over-clocking.

Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience with one of software development, debug, validation, or integration
1+ Year of experience with any of the following:

• Knowledge of data structures, computer architecture, operating systems, and multithreaded programming

• Technical fundamentals of Computer Architecture (SBIOS, Hardware, Driver), Operating systems (such as Windows 10, Linux or Chrome), and software development process

• Win, Linux or Chrome OS with kernel/driver expertise

• Windows operating system fundamentals

• Agile/Scrum expertise

• Working with teams across different GEO's

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently and in teams
