As a member of the Software Tools team you will be working on developing complex software stack on multiple operating systems to collect intel h/w performance telemetry data. The work involves designing user level executable features, design/development of kernel drivers, interfacing with high level tools like VTune to roll this data into, and collaborating with stake holders on developing new features. This will give you a good exposure on latest intel h/w, operating systems fundamentals, open source tool development, handling virtual environments like Hyper-V/ESXi/KVMs etc.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or a Masters Degree in Computer
Science or related
field
6+ months of experience with C/C++/Python on Windows or Linux Operating System
Work experience or coursework in Compute Architecture, Operating System and Data Structures
Good problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with debugging user level software with gdb and/or Windows debugger
Experience with tools like JIRA, GitHub, and/or Jenkins/BuildBot
Good understanding of the command/data flow on a Software Stack top down

$97,500.00-$146,340.00

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
