The Production Library Team is looking for a Software Engineer in the area of Electronic Design Automation (EDA)/Computer Aided Design (CAD). As part of the IP Engineering Group you will contribute to world class standard cell and register file library development and releases for CPU Atom GT mixed signal IPs Client Sever Chipset projects.

QualificationsYou
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in
addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or
related field with 5+ years of experience -OR-
Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or
related field with 4+ years of experience
in:
- Programming and automation skills using one of the following: TCL/Python/C/Shell Scripting.
- VLSI Design Automation using one or more of the industry standard tools like Liberate/Silicon Smart/Hspice/FineSim/ Spectre/Redhawk/PrimeTime/Voltus in Tcl/Python
OR
- Experience in developing automation using Virtuoso-SKILL/Custom Compiler/ICV/Calibre
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in one or more areas of Liberty File Format/Standard Cell Characterization/Timing Analysis/IR drop Analysis/Reliability Analysis
- Knowledge in one or more areas of: p-cells/py-cell automation, developing runsets using ICV/Calibre
- Experience in developing and supporting tools/automation for a fast-paced, geographically distributed and demanding customer-base
