market?
We are looking for a candidate to lead a
team of expert graphics engineers that engage with the top game
studios and academic labs to incubate the world-leading
technologies for the new Intel graphics products.
You will
define the portfolio of programs and projects for the team to
execute towards architecting new graphics systems and pipelines.
This also includes managerial and programmatic responsibilities,
such as set priorities for the team, get results across
organizational boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment,
develop employees, and manage performance. You will manage a team
of software experts in real-time graphics and game engines
including, but not limited to, research and development engineers,
architects, and technical consultants who are responsible for
delivering results over many areas of the programmatic research
lifecycle: concept, ideation, architecture, developing, debugging,
performance modeling, and optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
This includes closely working with the external and internal
software partners such as AAA game developers and engines, film
studios, tools, benchmarks, operating systems, or drivers
teams.
The role will also need to provide architectural
and technical guidance, and ensure that sound engineering practices
are followed. Finally you will also provide direction and set
program goals for the group.

Qualifications
Candidate
must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer
Science and 5+ years of experience in:
*
C++/Cuda/OGL/DX12/Vulkan
* Managing a
team of 6+ expert graphics engineers
And at
least four of the following:
* Experience in creating
real-time graphics technologies
* Experience working
with modern graphics technologies: physically based rendering,
neural graphics, AR/VR, distributed rendering.
*
Understanding of the real-time graphics stack: APIs, drivers,
hardware architecture
* Understanding of game
development ecosystem: engines, state of the union
*
Experience designing graphics systems and pipelines

Annual Salary Range for jobs which
could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$180,010.00-$287,450.00

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
