extract maximum value from Intel platforms. We are looking for an
experienced Software Product Manager to be a part of the team
responsible for driving implementation and execution of Software
Product lifecycle across multiple software programs in
Intel.
As product manager you will be
responsible for defining, driving adoption and maintenance of
software lifecycle, spanning from concept, plan, development,
change management to end-of-Life. The scope of this role is to lead
adoption for software projects across all Intel business units. You
will be collaborating with a virtual team of cross-functional
product managers and business leaders across various business units
to adopt a consistent and sustainable software lifecycle tools and
practices. Your responsibilities include
Deeply involved
in definition and updates to software UPLC processes as industry
best practices evolve
Play the role of evangelist,
marketing and training software teams on software
lifecycle
Act as consultant to help software teams adopt
processes, practices and tools to their projects
Harmonize
software lifecycle discipline with modern best practices of agile
and DevOps
Drive best practices of Software Bill of
Material (SBOM) and Software portfolio management
tools
Work with broader corporate governance teams to
report progress to executives
This role provides
an excellent opportunity to diversify your product management skill

programs across business units; providing an opportunity to engage
and understand multiple elements of business and technology. This
role requires high degree of interpersonal skills, strong
communication and ability to adapt to unique needs of each program.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4 years or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Degree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computational Sciences or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with software development practices and methodologies like agile/scrum, design sprints, product management
Preferred
qualifications
- Experience in Product management, preferably for software products
- Experience in Software development, Software lifecycle management, Software Program management or related fields
- Experience with Software Bill of Material standards like SPDX and CycloneDX
- Experience with Requirements management tools like JIRA or similar
- Competency with Agile and DevOps methodologies

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
