Role objective: 

As a member of ADP Streamline Headquarters team, this position is in charge to execute the implementation of the services added to the Streamline Project Services portfolio and the handling of the operational issues involved in the recurring part of MNC ADP business when those are considered as a project. 

This role requires a strategic viewpoint (based on business requirements and thorough understanding of the existing challenges) and also the ability for managing the client expectations with regards to standard and new potencial services. 


The Solution Manager's mission is to make sure that standards and customized offered services are implemented therefore put them in Recurring in a planned and orderly fashion. The Solution Manager is responsible for the definition, development and deployment of customized services and also for the implementation of standard services for clients in recurring. 

The Solution Manager: 

  1. Manage delivery of high quality and timely implementation of Client entities in implementation mode: 
  • Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of implementation associates providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients.
  • Ensure services are provided according to contractual commitment and Service Level Agreements.
  • Closely follows up the development and deployment schedule for any service in implementation.
  • Establishing project plan, communication expectations and assigning/scheduling project tasks to team in accordance with established contract
  • Ensure optimal transition from Project Services team to Client Services team.
  • Anticipates and escalates any issues that may put the production of a new service at risk.
  • To solve potential issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the global implementation. 

       2. Manage the client relationship in order to develop satisfaction and loyalty: 

  • Apply ADP Streamline implementation methodology in consistency with defined guidelines & processes.
  • Coordinate and attend client relationship meetings such as operational meetings and client workshops.
  • Understand and deploy in the team "Service is not to smile at customers, it's getting customers to smile at you".
  • Coach clients on managing their subsidiaries in their organizational transformation efforts during the implementation phase.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).

       3. Ensure management of Client Services for Implementation:

  • Organize implementation continuity and coordinate the implementation workload.
  • Manage Client implementation services performed by the Solution Manager and ensure delivery excellence. 


Experience / Skills 

  • Senior professional with over 3 years of experience in team and project management.
  • Experience in understanding business needs and in exercising his/her own influence in order to meet them.
  • Experience in defining and analyzing tools to support services.
  • HR, Payroll and financial service delivery experience.
  • Experience in managing processes and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals.
  • Flexibility in order to quickly adapt with a continuously changing environment.
  • Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts.
  • High verbal and written communication skills. High communications skills facing user groups.
  • Strong skills in converting user needs into features and functionalities.
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects.
  • Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively
  • International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment. Open minded.
  • Perfect command of English language. 


  • College or University degree.
