In ASE team we are passionate about delivering best-in-solutions that are span-performance-optimized data center solution configurations, developed by independent software vendors, and integrate the latest hardware and software across top workloads/span.

The Accelerator Solution and Graphics Media Software Customer Enabling Team is within ASCE and we are chartered to enable customers for Intel's data center solutions. We provide technical support to our partners by debugging and replicating issues, creating collaterals, and provide customer technical training.

We are looking for Solutions Application Engineer to join our team.  In this position you will be providing technical support and enabling one or many solutions and solutions family.   

Responsibilities, of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Participate in new product development, represent the customers technical needs, create competitive analysis from a technical perspective, develop and present technical product training materials.

• Work with the Sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participate in customers visits, and presentations.

• Own creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes.

• Act as a Technical Expert, Consultant, Analyst and Program Manager

• Support customers designing Intel solutions, resolve customer questions, triage and debug customers issues during benchmarking and verification

• Benchmark solutions including AI Solutions, HPC Solutions, Oracle DB, IBM Cloud Pak and other Hybrid Cloud solutions

• Develop customer collateral and training

• Resolve technical problems, investigation and disposition of customer platform issues in a timely manner

• Direct engagement with product marketing engineers to develop customer-ready collateral and messages

• Supporting Sales and Marketing teams to engage with customers on technical solutions that best fulfill the customers' requirements.

• Be an Intel Representative at trade shows, as well as training events, to ensure Intel's presence and product value is communicated

Qualifications

Minimum Education & Experience:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Development, Computer Science, or a directly related field with 6+ years of industry experience in one, or more, of the following areas:

• Linux and Windows Operating systems

• System configuration, testing, and benchmarking

Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in one of the fields above and 4+ years in the experience noted

• Creating, and interpreting, technical specifications

• Fundamental understanding of Intel Architecture Processors and Chipsets

• In-depth understanding of communications platforms software/hardware architecture

• Design experience or working knowledge of Intel Architecture systems, chip sets, or processors

• PCI, PCI-Express, DDR3/DDR4 knowledge

• Benchmarking experience with Azure Stack, SQL, and Nutanix

$113,210.00-$187,350.00
