The International Client Account Manager is a customer service position that works with a portfolio of Clients, internal teams, and partners across the globe. The International Client Account Manager is responsible for all critical steps to provide our Clients a seamless payroll process from input to pay date. The International Client Account Manager is responsible for contributing to internal projects while developing and learning his or her ongoing client base and participating in ongoing trainings. The International Client Account Manager is also responsible for understanding each client-specific process to provide key recommendations for improvements and efficiency gains.This position reports to the Onboarding Lead for the first 3-6 months and then will report to a Supervisor of Client Services. \u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEssential Duties \u0026 Responsibilities :\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for international payroll management and client services for the first 3-6 months of initial start date.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist with internal projects and collaborate with other departments to achieve companywide goals while training on Celergo\u0027s processes and protocols.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork effectively within the team to ensure all department and payroll deadlines are met. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with international team members. \u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for the accuracy and timeliness of each Client\u0027s payroll.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EComplete and deliver monthly checklist metrics:\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure timely completion\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure step by step processes are followed\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure payrolls are paid on time\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure invoices are billed accurately\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003E\u0026nbsp;Manage controls (client and internal changes):\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure that all documentation is up to date\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure all deliverables are completed timely and accurately\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong critical problem solving results\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate long-term relationships\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide clients with:\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong critical problem solving results\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFacilitate long-term relationships\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure each client payroll calendar is managed timely and effectively with both the client and global payroll providers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnsure client deliverables and Service Level Agreements (if present) are being completed timely and accurately.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as client advocate and collaborate internally and externally as needed to ensure client needs are understood and expectations are met.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview and communicate payroll changes between the Client and global payroll providers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAudit payroll calculations from global payroll providers.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage all steps of the funding process.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGenerate consolidated invoices for client approval and funding initiation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain open items logs and track improvements to ensure all open items are closed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERequirements :\u003C/strong\u003E \u003C/p\u003E \u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPassion - Client Service Management \u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEducation -- Bachelor\u0027s degree from an accredited four-year college or university \u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience -- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a service environment \u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003Col\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOther Skills and Abilities\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBilingual language skills are a plus.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent written and verbal communication skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to maintain priorities in a constantly changing environment\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong organization skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExpertise using MS Office applications\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to travel.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
