Better requires process discipline and simplification

Well look to you to assist with our Global Operations and Support Services digital communications strategies, focused on product enhancements and carrying out requirements gathering, business analysis, and testing of our automation, chat, virtual assistant products, and service procedures within the region. Working within our Agile and Scrum environment youll facilitate and coordinate tasks and proactively and follow up on issues to resolve the problems applying root cause analysis along the way. Youll also collaborate with the wider team to provide support during the release and enhancement stages of the projects.

As a Specialist, Business Support you will work closely with various partners to assess business needs and think through or help facilitate various solutions for chat virtual assistants, omni-channel servicing, and automation. This may include data gathering, analysis, administrative tasks, and research to advocate for the best solutions.

  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.

  • High attention to detail, ability to analyze data and recognize patterns, review processes, and demonstrate the ability to formulate findings in visible and well formatted mediums.

  • Demonstrated critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under goal deadlines

  • Be able to identify and review a process and assist with solutioning tasks

The annual gross base salary range is 14,500 22,900 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
