24/7 Senior Specialists are responsible for providing daily leadership and promoting the development of the Apple Support teams. You are a customer-focused person who is self-motivated, friendly and has a passion to develop people and resolve customer issues in an efficient and effective manner!

Key Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a 24/7 Tier 2 Advisor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in a 24/7 operation
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and leadership
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can easily motivate others
  • Outstanding leadership, mediation and critical thinking
  • Possess a high degree of technical aptitude and expertise
  • Advanced judgement, compromise and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate, implement and complete tasks
  • Understand organizational goals and areas of focus
  • Show flexibility and time and task management skills

Description

In this role, you will specialize in project support and provide support options, resolution, and solutions to Apple customers. In addition, some of your duties will include -
Handle daily 24/7 casework and support internal and external customers Complete reporting analysis, trend analysis and ad hoc training Understand and support disclosed project cases
Lead all aspects of emerging issues through data gathering, documentation, and communication to 24/7 team
Partner with engineering teams to communicate issue trends and consider correction methods
Maintain the 24/7 lab and equipment updates and perform additional assigned tasks and projects
