As part of the PESG (Product Enabling Solutions Group) Design Infrastructure (DI) West Operations (Ops) team, you will be critical to the future success of Intel.

The Ops team is the interface between all Intel pre-silicon design groups in using Infrastructure tools, flows and methods (TFM) in the design systems Intel uses. We enable best in class tooling for revision control,
data management, Analytics as well as design handoff for product integration and design quality assessment.

This job opening is for a Splunk Platform developer to author/provide automation for all administrative duties (eg App creation, Index creation, Splunk data access enabling, etc) as well as provide support to the growing Splunk tool/application userbase.

Intel recently decided to standardize on using the Splunk as our official monitoring, Analytics alerting capability, both for infrastructure as well as for chip design data so this is an exciting opportunity to greatly evolve/improve the infrastructure around it by providing countless necessary automated solutions that remove all routine/manual support.

• Having certifications as a Splunk Enterprise Administrator and/or Splunk Core User/Power User is a plus.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 1+ years of experience.

OR

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• Linux O/S and Python programming exposure/experience.

• Source control management practices, using Github or similar tools.

• Experience with Software engineering/development practices.

$84,060.00-$126,320.00
