The Sr. Business Delivery Analyst is a key role in helping to drive key initiatives for the Wisely Operations team. The individual ensures that the organization is ready to support all new and improved products/services by defining the operation and service models. The individual participates in the planning and launch of products and services for Wisely to ensure that the initiatives support our strategic direction. The individual ensures the organization is prepared for the change by defining how new features/functionality/improvements will be implemented and rolled out to our clients and the service, sales and operational model to support the improvements. The individual will partner with multiple teams including marketing, service and operations to help manage projects and provide support for key initiatives.

In this role, they will be responsible for monitoring and managing the Wisely Virtual Assistant solution for cardholders.


  • Design the operations and service delivery model for new and enhanced features including how the ongoing operations, production support and sales/pricing model are established.
  • Work with the business (Service, Operations, etc.) and our Clients to understand the opportunities to improve our products and services and work with Development to determine how to address; partner with UX team on client review sessions.
  • Document business requirement for Product Development on all new and/or enhanced features, review technical requirements from Product and attend SPRINT review meetings to ensure product is developed as requested.
  • Serve as subject matter expert within business unit and provide guidance on the most effective manner to delivery projects to continually improve client and employee satisfaction, associate engagement and drive efficiency.
  • Partner with Project Manager on delivery of project and provide input on key project deliverables including project plan, charter and rollout strategy.
  • Provide weekly status reporting to the PM to rollup to the Steering Committee updates. Proactively monitor project business risk areas and escalate concerns to PM and coordinate with business to resolve issues.*Program Manager will provide assistance to less tenured team members to identify and resolve risks.
  • Attend Product Development monthly, quarterly and annual planning sessions and provide input on roadmap based on extensive business knowledge to help drive strategic direction of the product.
  • Execute on tasks outlined in the project plan to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage business specific projects as assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education.

Experience: 8 -12 Years of Directly related experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Extensive AVS knowledge required, SDLC experience preferred, PMP preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in system analysis and design. Excellent communication skills, presentation skills at the executive and associate level, and analytical ability; strong management and judgement skills and considerable aptitude for human relations required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with chatbots
