In this role, you will have the responsibilities of a GM serving as the leader of ADP’s Employment Tax business.  You will manage ADP's team solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of what you do every day will vary greatly even though your end goals do not.  You may spends days focused on more sales and product while other days may be filled with an escalation. The questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. Your focus will be mostly strategic and you will lead teams who can manage most of the tactics.  There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day. You will have goals relating to sales, revenue, NOI, NPS as well as operational metrics.  Pace should not scare you. We also have a healthy dose of fun. What you’ll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • Leader of Leaders. You will manage a team of leaders who oversee Employment Tax service. It is your responsibility to provide strategic direction, career growth and  development for your associates.
  • Commercialize. You will spend time planning and selling Employment Tax products. This includes prospect meetings, pricing requests and management of the product roadmap.  You will also maximize revenue and NOI through your strategic foresight and execution.   You are responsible for the Employment Tax P&L.
  • Operational Excellence. You will make to operational targets such as resolution time, accuracy, NPS and much more. Part of your responsibility is to manage these metrics via direct leadership, indirect influence and long-term planning.



  • At least five years managing leaders and associates
  • Experience hitting targets for both commercial and operational success
  • Sales and/or product experience of at least 3 years


A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:


  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
