Corporate Systems Engineering group is looking for people with consistent record of running sophisticated cross functional projects under demanding timelines. This is a hands-on position where the Project Manager will be involved in requirement analysis, functional & technical design discussions and tracking project deadlines in the 'Workforce Management' domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail on par with Apple's standards, coupled with a technical understanding of building scalable, performant, and secure enterprise applications. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, be a pro-active result oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding project management skills and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role

Key Qualifications

• Experience in running complex, multi-functional projects
• Passion for quality and attention to details
• Ability to brainstorm & communicate technology ideas with peers and IT management
• Ability to work with vendors, cross functional teams & internal partners
• Proven track record of handling deadlines and meeting cost constraints
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Demonstrate innovative & creative thinking capabilities and possess good troubleshooting skills
• Experience in managing projects using Java, Angular, Oracle, MongoDB etc
• Knowledge of SOX, PII, PCI and related compliance standards.
• Experience in managing Kronos or any other 'Workforce management' product will be a big plus

As a key leader you will be working with end users, IT professionals and global Apple business leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with business & IT leads to collect requirements & enhancements requests
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirement into system solutions
- Work with technical leads & architect to define scope & level of effort
- Review technical development team's deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Exercise sound management practices and support a productive environment
- Effectively communicate project status to management on a regular basis

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree, Master's desired in EE/CS/CE or equivalent plus 8+ years working experience in project management
