Come and join an exciting team in Customer Client Engineering Platform Enabling where you will work with one of Intel's key customers and collaborate with internal teams for co-engineering, enabling and debug activities. You will work closely with the customer, silicon validation, architecture, design and field sales teams to support the customer designs in all phases of the product life cycle that are based on Intel system products. Drive customer and internal task forces to provide technical solutions, drive or participate in customer calls and write technical collateral. Responsibilities also include issue debug and resolution during development and production manufacturing, lead failure analysis and provide input to design and process improvements to follow-on products. Provides customer technical support, design reviews and participates in customer enabling workshops. Presents technical material to customer and Intel field personnel.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors
Degree or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or
Computer Science or any STEM related Degree
3+ years of debug, design, or customer
engineering experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working successfully with cross
Business Unit teams and able to influence key stake holders to find
complex technical solutions.
Background in Platform Debug or Silicon Design
will be an asset.
Experience
with one or more of Processor/Platform technologies like DDR, PCIe,
Thunderbolt Type-C Subsystem (TCSS), Display, Power management.
Experience in
motherboard design is a plus.
Experience with debug tools: ITP, DCI, JTAG,
Oscilloscopes, PCIe/USB protocol analyzers, Flash programmers is
desired.
