As the EASR Site Lead, you will lead a cross-disciplined team at a radar site location in Wallops Island, VA in order to integrate new and evolving radar capabilities. The Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) Site Lead is responsible for all radar integration and test activities at the Wallops Island Test Site on the EASR program. This includes providing leadership and technical guidance for a multi-disciplined team at the radar site location, and interfacing with the integration and test leads and program management team in Marlborough, MA. The Site Lead will report to the Integration and Test Lead based out of Marlborough, MA and will frequently interface with leaders and technical subject matter experts within the customer community. The Site Lead will report to the Integration and Test Lead based out of Marlborough, MA and will frequently interface with leaders and technical subject matter experts within the customer community. Duties include:
- Integration and Test planning, development, and execution to support system-level requirements selloff for the program
- Interfacing with I&T leadership in Marlborough, MA
- Interfacing with Program Leadership in Marlborough, MA
- Working with functional management and multiple directorates to characterize staffing needs and develop transition plans
- Coordinate travel and logistics for all site team members and visitors
- Daily interfacing and coordination with multiple customers onsite
- Mentorship of junior cross disciplined engineers
- Management of site hardware & office needs
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel for 1 year to Wallops Island, Virginia upon starting in the role
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience
- Experience leading a technical team, execution of technical, cost, and schedule performance
- Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to interface with customers
- Required: This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

- Prior SPY-6/radar knowledge experience
- Integration experience
- Site relevant experience
- Experience working with the Navy customer
- Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews, and gate reviews
- Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, science or related curriculum
