Sr. Process Integration Engineer (SK) - NAND Technology Development

Non-Volatile Memory
(NVM) Device and Integration engineers are responsible for leading
research and development in order to architect, develop and deliver
nonvolatile memory technologies to high volume manufacturing. The
scope includes development of new types of process and device
architectures such as novel materials, structures and integration
schemes to deliver industry leadership in density, performance,
reliability and cost. They collaborate with technology development
partners in defining goals, developing the vision, aligning
strategy and driving silicon development to meet aggressive
technology node cadences. In addition they work closely with
product teams to ensure seamless memory component integration, as
well as with manufacturing to ensure a seamless technology ramp to
support the full envelope of component and system
products.
The specific role is in NAND
Architecture and Technology Scaling group, working locally with
device, process, and process collateral groups for definition and
development of N+2 and beyond nodes, and working remotely with N+1
development team located in DMTM (Dalian Memory Technology and
Manufacturing).

demonstrate the following behavioral

The
position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK
Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction.
Employees aligned to Phase 2 will
continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and
components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in
March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the
transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone
US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California
with offices world-wide. Solidigm is a leading global
supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, led by Robert (Rob) B.
Crooke as CEO, previously senior vice president and general manager

Qualifications
Minimum
qualifications are required to be initially considered for this
position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Minimum
Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Semiconductor Industry
- Process Integration, Device or Yield engineering
Preferred
Qualifications:
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience in the minimum requirements.
3+ of experience in the following areas:
- NAND process technology and/or Technology Development
