In
this role, your daily agenda will be exciting. On a regular basis
it will include but not limited
to:
- Developing processes and methodologies to ensure the success of a complex project, product and release planning, identification of milestones and project goals, creation of schedules, and tracking of all items to ensure successful project delivery.
- Managing customer expectations, the project deliverables, and project milestones (not the people).
- Driving creation and execution of the program Plan of Record, including Scope, Requirements Management, Success Criteria, Schedule, Resources, and Quality.
- Taking Responsibility for stakeholder management, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communicating within the organization, outward to other internal groups and external customers.
- Acting as a single program voice.
- Having a strong understanding of customers and the customer environment.
- Thorough understanding of the software development and validation lifecycle including build, release, and compliance processes, and how to apply it to ensure program success. Defining and managing the project plan, driving closure on issues and gaps as well as maintaining focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a similar course of study and 6+ years of relevant experience in the following areas:
- Experience with management/leadership in a software development organization
- Experience with design, development, release, and delivery of software products and applications as a team leader and/or development manager
- Experience with the software development cycle, managing the release of software components and work package
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PHD in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a similar course of study and 10+ years of experience.
- Experience in Ethernet networking software
- Experience in System on Chip development flows
- Experience with Waterfall, Scrum methodology, and Agile practice

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$130,190.00-$221,610.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
