Corporate Strategy
Office (CSO) at Intel defines, develops, and leads implementation
of new strategies to harness the power of industry-shaping
disruptions and to transform Intel into a data-centric company.
Competitive strategy team in CSO plays a critical role to assess
industry competition landscape, market trend and supply chain
dynamics. In addition, we lead special initiatives where we develop
fact-based models and actionable strategies to achieve Intel's
growth aspirations.
We are looking for a
structured thinker and enthusiastic self-starter who will support
developing fact-based models. As a semiconductor foundry analyst in
corporate strategy team, you will apply your business acumen to
analyze raw data, assess quantitative and qualitative trends across
strategic market segments- including business, customer,
technology, capacity, supply chain, financial and competitive
aspects and synthesize your findings into strategic
recommendations. You will work with internal and external
subject-matter experts, CSO office leadership and various
stakeholders across Intel to ensure we are capturing and surfacing
the best insights from data to make disruptive business
decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum
qualifications are required to be initially considered for this
position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Minimum
Qualifications:
5+ years of related semiconductor and foundry analysis experience
Deep understanding of foundry competitive landscape in all segments
BS, MS/MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering in related field with business acumen/experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
Direct industry experience as semiconductor foundry analyst
Superior research and analytics skills. Financial modeling experience preferred.
Advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word. Power BI dashboarding experience is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Corporate Strategy Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment. To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning , cross company alignment and greenfield innovation. Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community and acumen development. The team is ccommitted to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
