The
Senior Strategic Technical Program Manager will coordinate and
drive Intel Tester Programs and the Tester Technology Roadmap,
helping to usher in a new Era of Testers inside
Intel.
Responsibilities will
include:
-Program Management for Tester
Development Programs.
-Defining Tester Requirements with
Test stakeholders including Product Architects, Core Competency
teams, Packaging, Product Engineering, Intel Labs,
Foundry.
-Leading Tester Competitive Analysis efforts to
benchmark Intel's Test solutions with the
industry.
-Partnering with technologists across Test to
identify gaps and drive ROI based decisions on solutions for 3-5+
year Roadmap.
-Own the communication of the 3-5+ Tester
Roadmap and align Tester teams and partner groups on the next
generation of equipment needs to enable the
Roadmap.
-Drive Supplier Component Roadmap pathfinding,
development and execution against the Roadmap.
-Develop a
process and drive the integration of Pathfinding efforts with Test
technologists, identifying opportunities for Tester team to engage
and leverage the pathfinding efforts for its Tester
Roadmap.
Candidate
must exhibit the following behavioral

- Experience in Managing large
programs.
- Work across multiple stakeholder teams and
senior technologists.
- Competitive Analysis and Roadmap
development.
- Communication written and oral
skills.
- Supplier interactions and supply chain
management.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years, or Masters with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years, of experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Strategic Program Management or Integration.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
