STTD Integration and Product Engineer

This
position is for an Integration and Product Engineer within the Sort
Test Technology Development (STTD)
organization.
As a STTD
Integration and Product Engineer, the candidate will be expected
to:
- Define the
direction and guide our test teams to develop world class sort
probing technology on cutting edge client and server
products.
- Establish and drive
yield improvement roadmaps.
-
Partner with test content owners to analyze and resolve yield
limiters.
- Collaborate with fab,
die-prep, wafer-level assembly and packaging assembly on aligning
test conditions to maximize Backend Yield and Total
Yield.
- Define and establish
yield BKMs, system and tools.

Ensure the test-ability and manufacturability of integrated
circuits from the component feasibility stage through production
ramp.
- Create and apply concepts
for optimizing component production relative to both quality and
cost constraints.
- Transfer sort
probing technologies developed in STTD to VF sites in timely manner
to ensure entire VF sites to test with the latest probing
technologies.

This is an entry
level position, compensation will be given
accordingly.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Knowledge and/or
experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of
your school work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant
previous job and/or internship experiences .
Minimum
Qualifications:
-
Candidate must possess a Master's degree with 6+
months of experience or PhD degree with 1+ years of
experience in Electrical, Computer, Software or any other related
engineering
discipline.
Must have
the required degree or expect the required degree by
12/2022
Preferred
qualifications:
1+ years of experience in one or more of
the following:
-
Design of Experiments (DOE).
-
Python or other
programming/scripting
experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
