The Sort Software Development (SSD) team is looking for a capable and motivated software development engineer to contribute to new projects that will have a significant impact on our business. We are part of Intel's Sort/Test Technology Development group (STTD), which is an exciting place to work driving world-class innovations in manufacturing and process control. Our organization is constantly looking for ways to improve the equipment and infrastructure used to test virtually every silicon-based product produced at Intel
If selected for this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas that are critical to Sort software and infrastructure. You will be involved in the full development cycle using industry best practices. Our group focuses on several problem domains, including but not limited to: high-level factory automation software, user interfaces (desktop and web) for data analysis, design, and visualization, computer vision for automated material inspection, and applications for high-volume data processing and routing
Candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.
Qualifications
You
must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially
considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications
are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus
factor in identifying top candidates.
Knowledge and/or
experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of
your school work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant
previous job and/or internship experiences .
Minimum qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree with 3+ months of experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related program.
Must
have the required degree or expect the required degree by June
2022
Preferred
Qualifications:
3+ months of
experience in the
following:
- Object-oriented programming experience, especially C#.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio.
- Familiarity with SQL.
