Develops simulation infrastructure, simulators, and models used internally and by external customers for architecture exploration and technical readiness, presilicon development, validation, and evaluation. Includes development of software tools and collaterals to optimize Intel XPU performance, power, quality, and reliability. Develops mathematical and statistical models of Intel XPU's performance and power. Develops software algorithms to optimize these XPU attributes and implements these optimization solutions in user friendly and highly efficient software that enables simulations and/or closed form calculations. Implements automated analytical methods to turn data from various sources to information required to optimize Intel XPUs.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications required to be initially considered for this position:
- Master of Science degree +3 years of experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
- 1+ Experience with Python/ C/C++
- 3+ years prior experience with the development of virtual platforms, system level performance modelling.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in
identifying top candidates.

- Prior experience in system Power/Thermal simulation tools and modelling is a plus
- 3 years prior experience in system Power/Thermal simulation tools and modelling.
- Industrial experience with virtual platforms, system level performance modelling.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with customers and engineers.
- Willing to work both independently and in an international cross-functional team environment.
- Solid work ethics.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Colorado:
$97,500.00-$146,340.00
