As a member of
Technology Development Analytics and Technology
Automation (TD ATA) Package and Test Automation, we
provide support for factory automation software on the TD
Manufacturing Floors. Automation software is used to enforce
business processes, control processing on the manufacturing
equipment; to collect data. This position is an Exempt Compressed
Work Week (CWW), days back end shift position. (Shift 6: 10pm-10am
Arizona time, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday
and requires individuals to work a 12-hour shift at our Chandler,
Arizona
site)
Responsibilities:
- Own application problem resolution for incidents and/or issues that are escalated up from first-level support teams
- Bring multiple key stakeholders together on a bridge to affect a quick resolution in order to minimize impact to the TD factories.
- Document and communicate findings to all key stakeholders.
- Work with Application Owner to create and maintain troubleshooting documentation.
- Work with Product Owner to improve product usability, quality, and maintainability.
- Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements, including the design and development of automated software support tools as needed to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
You
must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for
this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.
Minimum
Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology-related discipline.
Minimum of 3 months of experience in the following:
Windows operating systems, including the ability to comprehend and manage XML configuration files, log files, diagnostic tools, software versions, etc.
Software engineering practices, testing methodologies, etc.
Preferred Requirements :
Experience with MES300, C# .NET, XML, WCF, WPF, TFS, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, APF RTD.
Working knowledge of TD manufacturing processes and business environment, and the experience following business proceses.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
