The Systems Engineer will:
- perform piece part and board level radiation testing and analysis
- predict system performance over the product lifecycle
- travel to lab sites to witness and conduct testing
- have a basic understanding of nuclear radiation test and effects

This position is located in Orlando and supports the Air Force Long Range Stand-Off (LRSO) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program.

The Systems Engineer recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of radiation testing. The Systems Engineer will function well in a creative, high-tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment

Typically requires 2 - 5 years of professional experience

Basic Qualifications
- Nuclear and Natural Space Radiation environments
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools
- Analyzes preliminary plans and develops test plans and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Nuclear Engineering, or closely related technical field
- DoD Secret clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years

- Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio)
