Job Summary: The Taiwan/Korea Program Manager (PM) is responsible for implementing an execution strategy which aligns to the Programs vision for delivering capabilities and services to our customers in Taiwan and Korea. This strategy is focused on both growth and execution, and will include but not be limited to, managing the profit and loss for the Taiwan PRAE offset, Korea spares, and other key bookings/programs for these countries (approximately $30M-$50M booking value). Additionally, the PM will lead proposals and unify multiple contracts/programs being offered to INDOPACOM customers. The Taiwan/Korea PM is expected to drive execution while promoting company values and compliance to all policies, directives and procedures. This requires a leader who leverages experience with best practices in order to optimize the teams cross-functional capabilities. The PM will work internally with the Program Office team, IBT and key stakeholders to develop gate packages and cost proposals and will be required to support negotiations with the Taiwan and Korea customers. The Program Manager will ensure compliance with all external customer reporting requirements from a program management standpoint while also meeting the reporting needs of the Program Director. The PM is responsible and accountable for the business metrics and performance within the scope chartered. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
