Job Description

Planning analyst is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link.

  • Responsibilities may include: development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication and driving execution of engineering/production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross organizational supply chain stakeholders.

  • May also conducts scenario (whatif) planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary. Influencing/recommending issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data driven decision making across appropriate Key Stakeholder and Management levels.

  • Drives continuous process/project improvements.

  • As a TD Engineering Planner will support technology development and execution planning. The job will require working with planning systems, data systems, platform integrators and module engineers to enable planning for Technology Development.


This is an entry level position and compensations will be given accordingly. 
 


Qualifications

Candidate must possess the degree by employment start date

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters in Industrial Engineering with focus in production control or supply chain management with 6+ months of experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of manufacturing planning experience.

  • Semi-conductor manufacturing process knowledge.

  • Experience with Data Analytics and SQL databases.

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing execution practices and existing business processes.

  • Knowledge of Planning systems like Industry standard SAP, Product Life-cycle Management, Workflow management, Dispatching systems, and MES.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
