Main tasks:

  • Professional and partially disciplinary leadership of a Payroll Competence Team with a focus on service / general requirements as well as customer service projects and training
  • Coordination and assurance of ticket processing within the given KPIs
  • Implementation of the objectives in the current fiscal year
  • Implementation of standards, monitoring and control of these policies
  • Recognizing decision latitude and communication with decision makers
  • Ensuring a continuous promotion of employees in coordination with the manager
  • Motivation of the team members
  • Direct reporting to the manager Customer Service AdvancedPay


Technical requirements:

  • Business studies, comparatively 5 years of professional experience
  • First leadership experience
  • Knowledge Paisy / Paisy Advanced
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment tax and social security law
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Professional customer communication
  • Wage types / time types know-how
  • Project management experience
  • Payroll accounting
  • Knowledge of HR processes in a company
  • General IT know-how; technical understanding
  • Training experience and knowledge of didactic methods in knowledge transfer.
  • Communication-proof English spoken and written
