As an AI Program Execution Lead in Intel's Internet of Things Group (IOTG), you will be driving execution of one or more programs in the Intel Movidius Vision Processing Unit (VPU) product lines. You will be responsible for organizing activities to ensure on-time delivery of key deliverables throughout the program lifecycle from initial requirements through to product release and sustaining. This is a visible role that interfaces across multiple Intel business units and involves directly working with senior management, product management, and architecture and engineering leads.
Responsibilities
include:
- Driving execution, including defining and
tracking deliverables required to meet VPU software and platform
timelines, managing risks, and actively removing
roadblocks.
- Heading one or more task forces to ensure
blocking issues are addressed quickly with strong cross-functional
teams.
- Defining and delivering indicators on progress to
management and senior leadership.
- Developing a strong
relationship with internal and external customers and aligning the
product to meet customer feature and schedule needs.

Providing clarity and focus for the team in a dynamic
environment.
- Integrating strong processes to streamline
execution and ensure repeatable
successes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Engineering, Computer
Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years
of industry experience in software or hardware engineering
programs.
- 5+ years' experience in a
Technical Program Management or Execution Leadership role.
- Experience with new technologies, such as AI / ML and/or
open-source software.
Preferred
qualifications
- 10+ years
in a Technical Program Management or Execution Leadership
role.
- PMP certification.
- Software
technical acumen.

Experience delivering large and complex software programs.
- Experience with open-source software development.
- Experience with AI / ML
technologies.

Annual Salary
Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
Colorado:
$187,370.00-$299,710.00
